We truly believe you will be over the moon with your GYMTEL Fitness Pack! Simply because it’s a full gym in a bag.
However, sometimes a product may just not be what you expected. Don’t worry, we’ve got you!
Simply return your GYMTEL product within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a FULL refund or exchange.
If for any reason, you believe the a product in the bag is faulty/defective in any way, you may request an exchange of specific product. GYMTEL will exchange a faulty/defect product if it is found there was a production error or fault in performance. Simply send it back and we will replace it once we have inspected it. Please keep in mind, this does not apply where it has been caused by careless or improper handling, improper installation, non adherence to operating instructions, or other abuse or misuse caused by the customer or a third party or by fair wear and tear.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com, we may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
To make a claim you must obtain a return authorisation number by email.
Your email must be sent within 14 days of the date recorded on the order receipt and indicate your personal details, invoice number, product and any other useful information, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will enable us to allocate you a return authorisation number and inform you where to send the product believed to be faulty.
If it is found that the product is not faulty, you will be charged the postage and/or handling fees. If it is found that the product is in fact faulty, the product will be replaced and postage and/or handling will be paid for by GYMTEL.
If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
Please note we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, only in-store credit once your return item is received back at our facility. This in-store credit does not have an expiry date.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Item/s must be in original condition
- Return must include the returns form
- Must not be damaged or altered in any way
- Packaging must be returned the same way your received it.
ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Gift cards
- Faulty or broken items that have been made by the customer with clear misuse.
To complete your return we require you email us. Please find details on our “contact us” page or on email@example.com and we will proceed from there.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your in-store credit.
Please note, Afterpay orders are subject to the same non-returnable conditions as mentioned under the respective categories.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Please note: The final decision on all returns and/or store credits is at the discretion of GYMTEL.
