GYMTEL cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following:

COVID-19, customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks


We are facing delays with International orders due to the high volume of online shopping occurring and the limited flights and transit routes to known hot spots. Your item might take a bit longer to arrive. We are doing everything we can as a business to prevent any disruption to our services. We are fulfilling orders as fast and as safely as possible.

Times may vary as a result of changes in transport procedures (Such as border controls), changes in international transport (previous cancelled flight connections), changes in delivery procedures in the destination country (quarantine or other measures) and more.

As for certain countries non-essential shops and businesses are closed, we also advise that -before ordering- you check that you are still able to receive parcels at your shipping address. This will help you avoid unnecessary costs.

Please be aware that according to public information provided by the Australian government, people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. Based on existing data, these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects. However, as advised, we advise people to wash their hands using soap and hot water after unpacking any newly received parcels.

As all deliveries are handled by shipping couriers (and are not under our control), all arrival times provided are estimates. There is always a small chance that your delivery may come earlier or later than specified.

To avoid any disappointment or delay, please ensure that the shipping address you provide us with at checkout is correct.

Delivery Options:

Untracked – Standard delivery without tracking or email/ SMS updates. You will only receive one email when your order is dispatched.

Tracked – Tracked delivery service. You will receive a tracking number so that you can follow the status of your order on the courier’s website.

Shipping costs:

Unfortunately due to COVID-19 our international courier partners have consistently increased prices as the demand for e-commerce goes up, in a period where there are less flights. Therefore the prices are in line with the couriers reflecting their shipping cost prices. We will be constantly reviewing this and will look to bring this back down to normal as soon as we can. Where Is My Order Or Has It Been Dispatched?

Please check your email account used to complete your order to see if you can find the dispatch confirmation email in your inbox.

If you cannot find your email, try the following:

  1. Check your junk/ spam folders
  2. Search your email for GYMTEL, your order number, name of items purchased

If you still can’t find your email, your order may not have been dispatched yet. Please allow at least 3 business days since the time you place your order before you contact us to confirm its status as our warehouse might still be processing it.

Why Is My Item Taking Longer Than Specified?

All deliveries are handled by the chosen courier service. Therefore, we cannot give you a specific answer, however, the following situations can sometimes cause deliveries to take a little longer.

  1. Busy courier service depots can sometimes get so busy that parcels are delayed whilst they wait to be scanned and processed.
  2. If your address is a long distance from the depot it can take an extra 1-2 days for items to be delivered. The further you are, the longer it takes by road. Remote locations can sometimes take longer due to infrequent delivery.
  3. International orders can face delays whilst being checked at customs, then passed to different facilities before they make it to your address.
  4. Covid-19

My Order Is Showing As Delivered But I Haven’t Got It

Please check with your neighbours/ local post office/ depot, as your courier may have forgotten to leave a missed delivery card. When your order is showing as delivered on the courier website, it’s always best for you to call them directly as they should have the answers.

My tracking number Is not working or it’s saying pending?

No need to worry if your tracking number does not update within the first day couple of days after receiving it, it is likely your parcel has not yet reached the courier company yet or they have not yet updated their systems.

Please note your tracking number is both generated and updated by the courier, so it is best to contact them directly to query the most up to date status of your order. Should you still need help after speaking with the courier then contact our support team and ask them to investigate further.

Delivery Updates

You will be able to see the status of your order delivery using your tracking number (available in your dispatch confirmation email).

Each country and courier provide different levels of tracking and in some cases different couriers depending on the country, therefore you may not be able to see step by step delivery updates.
